Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the PartnerX platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

PartnerX is operated by PartnerX Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. References to "PartnerX", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to PartnerX Ltd.

PartnerX is a career management platform for Planning, Project Controls, and PMO professionals. The platform enables you to:

• Upload, build, score, and optimise CVs using AI analysis.
• Track job applications and manage your job search pipeline.
• Generate tailored cover letters for specific roles.
• Store and manage multiple CV versions.

PartnerX is not a job board, a recruitment agency, or a CV writing service. We do not place candidates with employers, and we do not guarantee any specific employment outcome.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@partnerx.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You may not share your account with another person or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

PartnerX offers a free tier with limited features and paid subscription plans with full access. Free-tier limits are enforced at the server level and subject to change with reasonable notice.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. All payments are processed by Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by applicable consumer law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data or AI outputs from the platform for resale or redistribution.
• Use the platform to generate CVs or documents on behalf of another person without their explicit knowledge and consent.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security feature of the platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform except as explicitly permitted by our API terms.

You retain ownership of all CV content, documents, and data you upload to PartnerX. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content to provide the service — including sending it to AI providers for scoring and optimisation on your behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload does not infringe the rights of any third party and is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

PartnerX uses AI to generate CV scores, improvement suggestions, and cover letter drafts. This content is generated automatically and is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional careers advice.

AI-generated output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before submitting it to an employer.

All platform software, design, branding, and non-user content is the intellectual property of PartnerX Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PartnerX Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of earnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of the platform.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or if we are required to do so by law.

On termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
